Art Studio Addition

This is an art/ceramic studio addition with and incredible view on a dynamic hill landscape! While considering how to create this addition I also had to plan for vertical circulation (stairs) between the main floor kitchen, split level library, and basement. Additionally the client requested a meditation room and large patio deck. The photos on this site show the construction in progress. Many of the construction photos were taken by Jake Oxnard (the onsite contractor). The final exterior finish around the art studio will be a terracotta shingle which I think pairs well with the ceramic art studio. I can't wait to see this creative place complete.
