Texture-Rich Bathroom Renovation

One of the services I am most proud to offer my clients are 3D renderings of what the finished product will look like. As an example, the photo on the right (below) is a rendering of a half bath renovation that was created before any work was completed. With my consultation, the clients chose products from Etsy (the walnut pendant lamp and walnut shelf) and Amazon (the backlight mirror and sink), along with sourcing the ceramic tile (a Pinterest find). In addition to sharing construction drawings, it can be useful to show contracts 3D renderings so there are no miscommunications about what is desired. I act as a liaison between clients and their chosen contractor.The proof is in the product (photo on the left) - it looks pretty close to the rendering, if I do say so myself.
